With over 40 years in the medical community, Willa Ann Moats leads Willcare Associates with unmatched experience and dedication. A Certified Professional Manufacturer’s Representative (CPMR) and former OR and CCU nurse, Willa has worked across the continuum of care—from acute treatment to long-term therapy, from pediatric to geriatric settings.

As a seasoned Medical Equipment Representative, Willa combines clinical understanding with business insight, offering clients a full grasp of product functionality, application, and market relevance. Whether collaborating with doctors and architects on new facility designs or guiding end users with limited resources, her confidence and clarity deliver results for manufacturers, dealers, and end users alike.

Ellen Jackson brings 20+ years of experience in the health and wellness industry, with a focus on growth, coaching, and authentic relationship-building. As a former top sales executive for the leading skincare brand in the U.S., Ellen led a team of over 7,000 consultants across national and international markets.

Now stepping into the role of Medical Supply Rep, Ellen applies her strong entrepreneurial background and people-first mindset to help clients navigate product choices, business challenges, and long-term success.
